The Romantic Music Festival is a two-day event promoting and encouraging appreciation of the repertoire of Romantic Era. Students will perform a memorized selection for 2 adjudicators in a closed audition setting. Auditions will take place at St Philip Lutheran Church. The fee for this event will be $28 per student. Once registered, if a student cancels, fees are forfeit. Students earning a superior rating are eligible to play in the honors recital the following day. All participating students earn a medal or trophy.
Auditions are held all day November 15th. Parents may request* "AM", "PM", or "Either" audition times. *PLEASE NOTE: There are NO GUARANTEES for preferences. Please remain flexible! Sunday, November 16, 2025 Honors Recital(s)
Dress for the Festival is Formal, no jeans and tennis shoes, please. Students MUST have an officially purchased score with measures numbered to audition. No photo copies are allowed. Audition Day Teachers are asked to participate in audition day as monitors and lunch helpers. Thank you!!!!
