This year is the second year for the CMTA Student Awards Gala. Participating teachers choose two students to represent their studio. The criteria for the choices can be whatever the teacher wants to highlight from throughout the year…i.e. most performances by a student, best practicer, most amiable student—best attitude, never gives up—most persevering. This is an opportunity to reward two students from your studio for whatever you deem important. The students can be any age and or stage in their current development. Students will be introduced by their teacher and presented with a certificate. There will be a reception following the concert where pictures can be taken. This was a very successful event last year and Karen Greenhalgh and Valerie Mishek, co-chairs, will strive to make this year’s concert equally as important. 

This recital will be supported by the Student Activities Fund
